Jacky is a graduate of Pomona College, where he graduated with a BFA in Studio Art and double minored in History and Geology. His interests are wide ranging. While in undergrad, he was the recipient of the Flintridge Grant for studio art and the Adams Award for best student research at the Desert Research Conference held annually in The Mojave. Jacky was a Teacher's Assistant for his classes in Historical Geology, Introduction to Geology and 2-D Design. He has prior tutoring experience in Geology, writing, and the ACT. In his free time, he writes and publishes articles for The Awl.
