Alexis R

Alexis is currently a doctoral candidate at UCLA with extensive teaching and tutoring experience. She has been a teaching fellow at UCLA for seven years and worked as a grader at Santa Barbara Community College for two years. Alexis has completed several UCLA courses on pedagogy, focusing on creating syllabi, and lesson plans, and adapting teaching methods to meet students' specific learning needs.

At the heart of Alexis' success is her ability to assess student progress, provide meaningful feedback, and guide students to excel in their assignments. Additionally, she has developed resources to help students thrive in demanding academic settings through tailored one-on-one tutoring.

Her sociological training and personal experience enable her to effectively support her students in overcoming obstacles and achieving their academic and personal goals.
