Junior Coach

Tracy graduated from Northwestern University with a major in Communications, minor in Business. She has tutored as well as taught dance, theater, and crafts to children.

Tracy specializes in teaching younger students Math, all ages for Writing and English, and Beginner Spanish. She works as an executive trainer in Corporate empathy and approaches her students with a high level of empathy and encouragement. Tracy loves to teach students how to stay organized and fosters mindfulness and self-love.

At The Ladder Method, Tracy works with elementary students of all ages as well as Middle School students. She works with students across the country from New York, New Jersey and California.
