Damien T
Damien Toulouse graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Law, along with a master's in Human Resources and Human Relations. Raised in Phoenix, Arizona by French parents, he has a perfect understanding of both languages and cultures. Damien utilized this knowledge by tutoring French to elementary, middle, and high school students during his high school and early college years. He obtained his bachelor's degree from Arizona State University, where he was a part of Barrett, the Honors College. Afterward, Damien returned to Europe to pursue his master's degree at one of France's top universities, IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management. While there, he submitted a thesis on the influence of e-learning platforms on how information is shared within large companies.
Damien spent over a year working in France as a learning and development specialist before returning to the U.S. to obtain an additional degree in Audio Engineering, where he graduated among the top of his class.
His diverse background allows him to adapt not only to new locations but also to a variety of subjects throughout his academic journey. Each school and location presented its own challenges, and despite the perseverance some required, Damien consistently succeeded in his academic endeavors. Over the years, he has developed a strong sense of internal motivation, which he aims to share with others.
The individual who inspires him the most is his mother, who has demonstrated immense perseverance throughout her life. After moving to the United States from Europe, she raised three children while working as a teacher. Damien has always admired her passion for teaching, and he hopes to have inherited her natural pedagogical skills.
In his free time, Damien enjoys composing music, drawing from his background in playing guitar and saxophone. He is also a huge soccer fan (or football, as he prefers to call it), having played the sport for 15 years and continuing to play in adult leagues today.
